Ground Shipments All orders placed Monday-Friday by 1:30PM (PST) will ship the same day. Locate the state where the product is being shipped to on the Fed Ex Ground Map to estimate delivery time. Please note, delivery estimations starts the following business day (Fed Ex does not ship on weekends and Holidays). Overall, Fed Ex delivery times are accurate but they do not guarantee Fed Ex Ground deliveries.
Expedited Air Shipments Select between 3 day, 2 day or Next day air service using our premier shipping options located in the payment section in the Check Out Cart. Your order must be received by 1:30 PM (PST) to go out the same day. Please note, specified delivery times start the day after your product ships.

Is Shipping and Handling Included? A small fee will be accessed at time of check out for shipping and handling.
How is it Packaged? All gourmet sea salts are individually packaged. Depending on whether ordering retail or ordering wholesale, the package will vary. Information on form of packaging will be noted on all individual shop pages. After packaging the inner box, an outer 5-ply ship box will serve to mitigate unforeseeable shipping damage.
How long will it take to arrive? All in-stock products are shipped the same day (order must be received by 1:30 PM). Orders received on Holidays and Weekends will ship out the following business day. We use Fed Ex Ground as our shipping provider. Once the order has been received and processed, if the customer provided a valid email address at time of checkout, customer will receive an email containing a Fed Ex tracking number. Please allow 2-6 for shipping.
Returns
If items are damaged during shipping, they will be fully insured by our shipping provider and the customer will receive a replacement product straightaway.
In the event the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase they may return the product for a refund within 21 days of purchase. Please note, in order to be eligible for a refund, the package must be completely unopened and all original seals must be in place.
Customers will pay a 10% restocking fee and pay the return-shipping fee. Customer is allowed to use any ship carrier they prefer for returning the product.
If the customer wishes to cancel an order, a $10 fee will be assessed for each order number. To successfully cancel an order, the customer must contact a Salt Central associate via email or phone before 1:30 PM (PST) the day the order was placed. At which time, a representative will contact the person requesting a cancellation and refund their money, minus the cancellation charge. Return Form
The Return Form was designed with the Customer in mind. Salt Central believes in expediting the return process for damaged or dissatisfactory goods. When filling out the form below, please be as accurate and specific as possible. Please note; the return process has to be initiated within 21 days of purchase to be valid. To begin the return process, please select from one of the following three choices:
The Product was Damaged during Shipping. (Product was mishandled during transit and arrived damaged at customer location).
The Product was Defective. (The product inside the box was defective and the outer box and the inner box showed absolutely no signs of visual damage or box mishandling).
Customer wants to Return the Item. (Customer is dissatisfied with their purchase for whatever reason and wishes to return the item to receive a refund)
